We are currently using Stellar Services as our commissary company. There are ways through Stellar Services that families can deposit money for their loved ones without coming to jail.
Inmates are allowed to place a commissary order once a week. Money may be added to an inmate's account by using cash in the Kiosks located in the lobby at the Clinton County Sheriff's Office. The Clinton County Jail does not accept cash, personal checks, or credit/debit cards.
Inmates can have deposits made to their commissary money through www.jailatm.com by credit, or debit card. If you wish to deposit funds you have to create a login and select the Clinton County Jail.
