Dear Community/Residents,
Effective immediately, the Civil Court fees have been increased in response to RSMo 57.280. Updated law mandates an additional 5.00 charge for those who qualify.
The new fee structure will apply to various civil proceedings. A full breakdown of the updated fee schedule is listed below and will be made available on the website or at the office location.
